Supported Accommodation

Universal Care Connections (UCC) provide long term accommodation services in group homes with 24 hour support. Accommodation is available in the suburbs of Rutherford, Cliffleigh and Aberglasslyn for a range of age groups.

Accommodation is provided to people with a disability living in specialised support homes with 24 hour assistance.
